Wednesday: 4 miles, early morning, East river riverfront

Thursday: 6 miles, late night, easy run, central park loop

Long or medium run?

Monday: 11 miles (2 miles to the Y, 1 mile warm-up, 4 miles speed workout, 4 miles easy run with Bruno and Mike)

Tuesday: 10 miles (two loops w no Harlem hill, pace 7 30)

I have to run higher miles every time I go to the park because I can't run everyday. This is the only way to reach 50-60 weekly mileage.
